All Revedan orders are shipped through our official courier partner, ZAJEL Courier Services, one of the UAE’s most trusted and efficient delivery providers.
ZAJEL ensures your perfume delivery across the UAE is secure, fast, and fully trackable — whether you’re in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, or beyond.

Order Processing

Every Revedan order is prepared with care. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after confirmation.
 You’ll receive an email or SMS once your perfume has been dispatched through ZAJEL.
During peak periods, holiday sales, or exclusive product launches, processing may take slightly longer, but our team will always keep you informed.

Shipping Within the UAE

We offer nationwide perfume delivery across the UAE, powered by ZAJEL Courier Services.
 Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah: 1–2 business days
  • Other Emirates: 3–5 business days
  • Remote or outlying areas: Up to 4 business days

Every order is trackable through www.zajel.com

Whether you’re ordering a unisex oud perfume in Dubai or a luxury fragrance in Abu Dhabi, your Revedan delivery will arrive securely and on time.

International Shipping

Revedan will soon expand to offer international perfume shipping.
 When available, ZAJEL’s global logistics network will handle international deliveries safely and efficiently.
 Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and regional fees may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout and vary by location.
We occasionally offer free perfume delivery promotions or complimentary shipping on orders above a specific value — these offers will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For customers within the UAE, Cash on Delivery is available through ZAJEL’s secure COD system.
 A small handling fee may apply depending on your delivery location. This option makes buying your favorite Revedan perfumes online in the UAE both easy and convenient.

Packaging & Safety

Your perfume deserves the same care it was crafted with.
 Each bottle is securely packed in Revedan’s signature packaging and protected with durable materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
 ZAJEL follows strict handling and safety standards during every stage of delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a ZAJEL tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your shipment anytime through www.zajel.com and follow your Revedan perfume as it travels to you.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While ZAJEL provides reliable service across the UAE, unexpected delays can occasionally occur.
 If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact support@revedan.com
