Refund policy

At Revedan, every perfume is crafted and packaged with care. We want you to love what you receive. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

All returns and replacements are handled in partnership with our official courier, ZAJEL Courier Services — one of the UAE’s most trusted logistics providers.

Eligibility for Returns

To ensure hygiene and quality, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item was purchased directly from Revedan’s official website.

Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or not as ordered:

  1. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share your order number, photos or video of the item and packaging.

  3. Once verified, we’ll coordinate a pickup with ZAJEL Courier Services at no extra cost to you.

A replacement or refund will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.

  • Refund timelines may vary slightly based on your bank’s processing time.

Return Pickups (ZAJEL Coordination)

All return pickups are handled by ZAJEL Courier Services.
 Once your return request is approved, we’ll share a pickup confirmation and tracking reference.
 ZAJEL’s team will contact you to schedule a collection from your address at a convenient time.
 Return to Origin (RTO) shipments are managed under ZAJEL’s secure handling and verification protocol to ensure the product reaches us safely.

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us at support@revedan.com
